Ana Gerhardt is a Denison student studying Environmental Studies and Sustainable Business. During the spring semester she had the opportunity to study Food Sustainability and the Environment at the Umbra Institute in Perugia Italy. There she was able to gain knowledge in sustainable food systems and immerse herself in Italian food culture. Ana enjoys being outside and spending time with family and friends!
